getting our summers worth of sun.

Sorry, I can't blog right now... we are here today.
Splashing, picnicking, and being chased by a giant catfish that seems to not be alarmed by small children splashing in water.
Alas, life is amusing. Life is good.
My favorite part of the beach, chatting it up with friends.
Trying to catch up on our busy lives. Showing everyone my dreadful farmer tan and new swim moves.
That's right, did I tell you-- I've learned how to swim!
It only took 29 years.

Congrats on learning to swim! It took me 35 year before I learned. Now I love it!

Those pictures just exude summer... love it! My favorite part of beach/pool time is grabbing a couple of books from the library and just reading in the sun.

Love that last pic! Kudos for learning to swim. That's awesome!

I still need to learn-- I've never been a big water girl and just never learned. yikes. =)

You're two steps ahead of me. I still can't swim. Miss Miki the lifeguard doesn't believe me, but it's the darn tootin' truth. I just sink, don't know what the deal is. So you have fun swimming and splashing around now!!

Good times! I love the beach- as long as it's not too hot. And I hope things get better with your hubby's work. Thanks for sharing and for such the positive attitude and outlook. You're such an example to me!
